OrchestRAM : An Orchestral Journey Into Drum & Bass

Date Saturday 11th March
Venue Barbican Hall

Of all the numerous highlights from RAM Records 30th anniversary celebrations, OrchestRAM, the epic performance of RAM’s biggest hits performed by the Guildhall Session Orchestra was the pinnacle. Having sold out three nights in September, the orchestra, composed of professional alumni from Guildhall School, has been invited to perform an updated version of the show at the world-famous Barbican Hall on Saturday March 11th in London for one night only, including a RAM House Party at Lafayette in Kings Cross.

Featuring orchestral renditions from classic RAM releases, including names such as Chase & Status, Wilkinson, Sub Focus, Origin Unknown, DJ Fresh, and RAM Trilogy, mixed with interpretations of more recent releases from the likes of Mandidextrous, Culture Shock, Mob Tactics, Andy C and Raiser, the first performances were further complemented with incredible festival like production and a host of vocalists, including surprise guest Becky Hill. For those who got to experience OrchestRAM, it was a unique event that will never be forgotten, soon to be followed by an even bigger offering this year.

With the RAM House Party being only five minutes from the Barbican venue, and including names such as Blackley, Chords, Levela, Cliqures, SyRan and Mel on the line up, RAM Records will be sure to keep the party going following their biggest OrchestRAM show to date.

On Saturday March 11th, RAM Records will make history again by being the first drum and bass production to appear at the main hall of the Barbican. Grab tickets at : https://www.weirdscience.uk/tickets/
